Energy Healing

Individual distance energy healing sessions are a remote service that can be accepted by you at a time that works for your schedule.

Your appointment time is when I will hold an energy healing session which holds you in its intentions and is offered for the greatest good, after the session I will email  you my reflections,  highlighting any chakras i'm particularity drawn to and sharing any senses I have during the session that I feel guided to be pass on. In the email you will receive a link to the guided meditation that is designed to help you relax and centre as you accept the healing that has been offered. 

When are ready to accept the healing ideally you will find a comfortable spot where you can relax, uninterrupted for 30 minutes to fully experience this relaxing healing session.

Energy healing is not a diagnostic tool or used to treat or a cure illness. Energy healing should not be used in place of medical interventions, if you have health concerns we highly recommend seeking medical advice from appropriate sources. 

Session reflections are not offered as advice and are purely to encourage self-reflective practice as a part of your spiritual journey.
