The person making the purchase & the student must be at least 18 years old and by paying for the course accepts the terms and conditions.

SR Therapy Training states that by paying for a course or practical training day booking you have read the terms and conditions. You are also responsible for the accuracy of your personal details. ​ These terms and conditions are subject to change and we advise reading them at every purchase.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation any event that you:

• are in breach of our terms and conditions.

• act in an aggressive, bullying, offensive, threatening or harassing manner towards any employee of SR Therapy Training, any Tutor/practitioner who provides the in person training/practical days or any student of SR Therapy Training.

 

All prices that are advertised on our website are correct at the time of booking. However, we reserve the right and discretion to change our prices at any time. Please check our website and social media for up-to-date prices and special offers before you book, any discount codes must be used at time of purchase.  

 

All students must be over 18

 

 

Your in person training/practical training day booking will be confirmed by email within 2 working days on receipt of full payment. Your date is not confirmed until we have emailed and confirmed the date. If you do not receive an email, then please contact us at srtherapytraining@gmail.com

 

A minimum of 7 days notice must be given if you are unable to attend a confirmed practical training day, failure to do so will result in the loss of full payment

 

Online courses should be confirmed withing 24hr, if you are unable to access your course after 24hr please contact via email: srtherapytraining@gmail.com

 

Online or Part Online courses are non-refundable

Courses cannot be transferred to another person, you should not share your log-in details, course content, recordings or resources.

​

SR Therapy Training reserves the right to amend the course content and alter details at its discretion.

​

In the very unlikely event of SR Therapy Training cancelling a training day, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange alternative dates.

SR Therapy Training cannot be held responsible for the costs or loss of earnings due to course cancellation

​

For group training sessions students must be willing to receive the treatment as part of their course, if there are any reasons why this will not be possible please advise us when booking.

All documents, training manuals and training videos supplied by SR Therapy Training must not be copied, reproduced, or used in anyway other than its intended use, all documentation is copyright to SR Therapy Training.  You are not authorised to:

• copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the course materials without prior written permission.

• record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means, screen record or screenshare the course content or lessons.

• use the course materials in the provision of any other course or training

• Remove any copyright, branding, or other notice of SR Therapy Training

• Share your log-in details or allow access to online services to another person.

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that they read the full details of the course prior to booking and adhere to any requests or prerequisites

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that they check that the course is accepted by the insurance company they wish to use.

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that they check that the course is accepted by country they wish to use it in.

The course descriptions will include pass requirements and any prerequisites required for each course, purchasing a course does not automatically guarantee that you will pass the course. If you fail to meet the requirements of passing a course, then SR Therapy Training reserves the right to fail you.

Every student who passes an accredited course will receive a PDF copy of the Certificate by email within 10 working days of passing.

​

If you would like to receive a hard copy of your certificate there is a charge of £25. Hard copy certificate are mailed out once a month on the 1st working day however, we do not take any responsibility for any postal service problems, which might delay your certificate and we do not take responsibility for a lost certificate due postal problems. We can provide proof that the Certificate was sent to your confirmed postal address.

 

Bullying will not be tolerated in any form this includes but is not limited to any online forum/group or space provided by SR Therapy Training.

Confidence days are offered to students who require further guidance; to book at the concessionary price students must have attended a course within the last 12 weeks. We will ask you to provide photos of at least 4 case studies so that our tutor can gain an understanding of the support you require

Students who are pregnant or breastfeeding must advise us prior to booking a place on a course so that we can make necessary arrangements if required

​

We cannot accept models who are pregnant or breastfeeding

​

Students must advise when booking if they have any allergies, medical conditions, dietary requirements or if they require any special assistance so that we can make the appropriate arrangements

​

If a student is ill on arrival, we have the right to not allow that person into the training.  

​

For in-person/practical training students will follow all health & safety guidelines, failure to do so will result in termination of the training day. The student will be able to re-book at the tutors discretion and full payment will be required to re-take the course.

​

For in person training only  under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000 you the consumer have the legal right to cancel the contract between you and SR Therapy Training during the period of 14 days from date of the issue of the confirmation invoice, which is when the contract starts. This is known as the “cooling off period”. If you decide to cancel the course within this cooling off period, then you must inform us within the 14 days of the confirmation invoice.

• Once we have received your written cancellation we will refund you within 30 days of receiving your email and deduct any credit card surcharge, if applicable.

• Once you have cancelled you booking your login details will be cancelled immediately.

• Once you have completed the cooling off period of 14 days you will be under the full cancellation conditions of courses which are 100% non-refundable.

• If you login to the Course you will be deemed to have started the course and will no longer be able to get a full refund, even if it within the 14-day period.

• If you have purchased an online course and have already accessed, downloaded all or part of the online Course/manual and/or started to use that online Course then you shall have no right to cancel your order.

COVID Compliance

Please be aware it is a Government requirement that you wear a face mask and visor/goggles when working closely with someone. You will also be required to wear your face mask on arrival and when appropriate social distancing is not possible

Please remember it’s a requirement to bring a suitable visor and a mask with you to attend our classes. You will also be asked to wash hand and use hand sanitiser when appropriate. We do have PPE packs available for purchase, please make us aware before attending your session that you wish to purchase one.

 

COVID-19 illnesses and related cancellations by students

Please follow NHS UK latest advice for Self-isolating and testing and do not attend your course if you are showing symptoms or have been advised to be self-isolating.

Please make us aware if you have been contacted to isolate or have received a positive test result if your training day is due within 28days of that contact.

 

• If a student is showing symptoms on arrival, we have the right to not allow that person into the training or if you do not turn up on the day without prior contact you will forfeit your space

• Students cancelling last minute or on the day due to Covid will be asked for evidence that they tested positive for COVID-19 or have been contacted and must be isolating. They will be asked to produce evidence of this with a copy of their test result official contact. Once this has been checked and approved by us, then the student is allowed to come back free of charge ‘once’ as a good will gesture, a last minute cancellation place will be offered (or if a course isn’t booking they get offered a place 24 hours beforehand) this free place will be offered as a good will gesture but students are not  entitled to a refund of any money paid. It is a legal requirement that you comply with isolating if you have been advised to or have tested positive. If the student cannot show this proof they are required to book and pay again in full.
